About
Founded by a landlord, firefighter, and engineer.
Axiom Property Group was founded by Julian Pond in St. John’s, NL. Julian holds a Civil Engineering Technology diploma from the College of the North Atlantic, is a career firefighter with St. John’s Regional Fire Department (NFPA 1001, 1002, 1006, 472 certified), and is an InterNACHI Certified Property Inspector.
He also owns and operates a rental portfolio through Harbour & Hills, giving him firsthand knowledge of what landlords actually need from an inspection — not textbook theory, but practical intelligence about what’s going to cost money and when.
Axiom combines that hands-on experience with thermal imaging and diagnostic tools that most inspectors in Newfoundland don’t use. The result is inspections that catch more, cost less in the long run, and give you a clear picture of what’s actually going on with your building.
